NEW JERSIANA

It all started with Mary Love, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Love was not only a part of her name, but a part of everything she did, too. That love was received by her family in the kitchen. From pralines to bread pudding, jambalaya to gumbo, not a single recipe of hers was written down, only remembered by her loved ones. Now the family tradition passes on with her grandson in New Jersiana. Straight from New Orleans, Louisiana, New Jersiana was created to bring an authentic food and culture experience to New Jersey from the source. Depending on the season, they serve up a variety of traditional favorites from gumbo and jambalaya to red beans and fried catfish. They’ll bring the N.O. to you, you just bring your own love to go with it.
