EFNEP Nutrition Workshop

A woman's hands are scene chopping squash on a cutting board with an electric skillet full of steam cooking up something delicious in front of them. She's running a cooking demo at the Riverview Farmers Market.

The Expanded Food and Nutrition Extension Program (EFNEP) will be preparing a dish full of fresh, seasonal ingredients and talking about healthy eating and cooking with what’s in season. All market patrons are welcome to free samples and great information regarding healthy and seasonal eating.
