MADAME MEATS

Madame Meats is a woman-owned pop-up catering & events business based in Jersey City. Founded by Jamie Logan, who has a background in catering, events, and meat distribution, she started making calzones out of her apartment four years ago. Since then, she has expanded her menu to include a variety of dough- and meat-based creations and hosts monthly dinner clubs at Boomerang Bites in Hoboken. They also do pop ups locally and offer private catering. The menu switches up weekly and highlights seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients
