They are proud to be able to say that nearly every acre of the 600 acres of farmland they till is permanently preserved! They offer: Pick Your Own fruits and vegetables, the best Community Supported Agriculture Program (CSA) in New Jersey, and a fully stocked Farm Store that is filled with the fruits and vegetables they grow, as well as their own local honey, homemade ice cream and fudge, home baked pies, jams, jellies, cider donuts and more!
Angry Archies is a family-run business by cousins Chef Chris Curado and Michael Ponte created in 2015. Before opening their storefront on Palisade Avenue in 2022, the famed Angry Archies food truck participated in the farmers market and other local events. Angry Archies specializes in seafood with sandwiches like their lobster roll or crab cake sandwiches and their loaded fries and mac & cheese are also sought after items.
Founder Divya Kumar grew up in a small city in India where the food habits and recipes are deep-rooted in Ayurveda. She learned from very young age how food impacts health and wellbeing. Happy, stress-free and glowing she wants to touch peoples’ lives by bringing wellness through food and teas. Ayusome Foods products are based on the principles of Ayurveda and are curated to deliver particular well-being benefits. All their ingredients are certified organic and they use only natural and recognizable ingredients – no fillers, no artificial flavors! Each pack of teas and spice blends is handcrafted in micro batches.
Bobbie Louise Floral is a locally owned flower boutique and studio based in Jersey City, NJ, led by Devoné Austin. They believe in elevated and authentic floral design, creating beauty through flowers with grace and intention. Their specialities are fresh cut flowers, flower delivery, intimate events, as well as corporate flowers and at the market you can expect to find fresh flowers by the stem, pre-made bouquets, blooming plants, and dried flowers. They consider it both a privilege and honor to be able to witness and serve the people of our community, here in Jersey City, NJ, and beyond.
Boheme Foods is a woman-owned business specializing in pickled, preserved, and fermented goods ranging from pickles, to hot sauce, to infused vinegars. They joined the market in 2022 and is based out of Englishtown, NJ. All of Boheme Foods’ ingredients are sourced from local farms and items like their jalapeño dill pickles have become a favorite of many market-goers.
Chef Rene Hewitt’s Jams is a family-run business founded in New Jersey. Their jams are made with fresh, locally sourced fruits and are cooked in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Their range of jams has something for everyone, from classic strawberry to the more adventurous flavors like blueberry-lemon. So she decided that it was time to bring this product to market, made straight from New Jersey! A Heights staple, El Chilango food truck has been serving up Mexican food for years to the Jersey City community. Current owner Mike can be found often on Palisade Ave, but also participates in other events throughout Jersey City. With delicious breakfast burritos and praised items like his carnitas tacos, Mike has a great following of regulars and also offers catering options.
English Thyme Flowers has been a long-standing vendor at the market since 2014. Run by Ruth Jackson, English Thyme makes seasonal bouquets and floral arrangements with flowers sourced from a local farm in Bordentown, NJ.
Gourmet Nuts & Dried Fruit got its start by providing Farmers Markets in NJ with options for premium dried fruits, gourmet nuts, and healthy snacks. Since their humble beginnings, they’ve grown into a company that provides more products to a variety of great customers across the country. Gourmet Nuts and Dried Fruit prides themselves on sourcing the best products for your health and pleasure. The quick turnover of product inventory allows them to quickly deliver fresh, dried products right to your doorstep.
Karen Anderson and Dan Kohuth operate Greenhouse on Greendell, a 6-acre farm in Newton, NJ, where they grow microgreens, speciality cut flowers, and garlic. They use organic farming practices – no chemicals or pesticides – and organic seeds when available. If not, they use non-GMO for microgreens and edible flowers. They also raise chickens and have 3 honeybee hives and counting. They live and work on their farm and love all aspects of gardening.
Hank Schwartz’s Delicatessen was founded by local Jersey City resident Jason Stahl to offer Jewish Deli-style menu to the local community. Enjoy their hand-crafted pickles, lox, and specialty items each week at the market.
Headquarters Sheep Farm is run by Roger Byron and is based out of Stockton, NJ. They sell a variety of lamb cuts, as well sheepskin goods such as hats and slippers. When the market isn’t in season, Headquarters continues to serve customers by offering pre-orders and drop offs locally in the Heights.
Hoboken Farms is a local family-owned business that specializes in Italian food. Originally created by Brad Finkel as a way for friends who left the area to still be able to get a taste of the local cuisine, they sell pasta sauce, bread, cheese, pasta, and frozen foods. While Hoboken Farms’ sauces can now be found at grocery stores throughout the country, they got their start at farmers markets back in 1992.
Hudson Grinding Co. is owned by Roberto Bentjerodt and offers knife-sharpening services on-site at the Riverview Farmers Market as well as greater Hudson County. Roberto has more than 20+ years experience in knife sharpening and is a Jersey City local.
Antony, a French native, is the mastermind and creator of La French Board’s hand-crafted wooden goods. As Antony began hand-crafting various pieces of furniture for his friends and family, he then went on to crafting charcuterie boards, serving boards, and chopping blocks which are now available to the public. The family-run business includes Antony, Michelle, Mia, and Milan and is based locally in Jersey City Heights.

Macarons by Marla Mae specializes in homemade French macarons. They offer pickup and delivery in New Jersey and offer custom orders.

A long-standing vendor at the market, Nature’s Own Farm offers fresh proteins, eggs, and BBQ every week. During the off season (Dec-April) they also offer local pick up options weekly. Natures Own Farm believes in the idea that a farm is one complex, living organism; too important and fragile to compromise it with pesticides, herbicides, or chemicals. Their beef is raised on an all natural pasture and their eggs are from free range birds supplemented by non-GMO grain that is raised by all natural means. They support and applaud natural farming techniques and seek the highest possible standard of raising our animals.
Nute Juice offers bottled 100% organic and unpasteurized cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices. Founded in 2021, Nute Juice was born during the pandemic as a way to enhance the immune system. On the search for unpasteurized juice, it quickly became apparent that this was not something available in stores. So the founders started juicing highly nutritious whole fruits and vegetables at home, breaking the “norm” of weakened immune systems, low energy, depression, and sedimentary weight gain. They felt a need to share their fountain of health with friends and families, and Nute Juice was born: a delivery service where wellness is the easier and more convenient choice!
Oh Honey is a sustainable apiary with beeyards in Jersey City, NJ, Brooklyn, NY and the Hudson Valley, NY. Their bees and bee products are completely treatment free, which means they don’t use any chemicals, antibiotics, acids, essential oils or any other medications in the hives or honey. They use a cold extraction method, which ensures that all the most valuable parts of the honey are left intact in our products, which means their honey is raw and unprocessed. As part of their treatment-free beekeeping system, Oh Honey raises queen bees from the strongest stock of winter survivors and creates new colonies of resilient and winter-hardy bees.

RH Farms if a family-run farm based in Hackettstown, NJ. A long-standing market vendor, RH Frams offers fresh produce and flowers, and Hunter Hildebrant is a favorite of many market regulars. In addition to their fresh season produce, they also offer floral arrangements at the market, as well as for weddings and events.
The Riggs Company was originally founded in 1848 as a wholesale food distribution company. In 2020, it was revived as Riggs Company Provisions to create prepared meals for the community, so they don’t have to work after work. Now, customers can pre-order weekly for pickup or delivery from the seasonal menu, or enjoy meals directly from the farmers market.
Rudo Plants & Home joined the market in 2021 when owner Rusel was looking for a place to sell her propagated plants. As they quickly amassed a loyal following, they also opened up a storefront on Palisade Avenue in the Heights. Rudo Plants & Home sells a variety of house plants, cut florals, and pots.
Since the Spring of 2021, Scale Fish Market has been providing NJ with fresh seafood and some creative premade recipes. Stop by their brick and mortar located at 45 Coles St in Downtown Jersey City or grab their fresh catch from the Market every Sunday.

Stony Hill Gardens opened in 1988 with an original emphasis in cut orchid flowers. Since then they have grown and expanded their operations in so many ways, offering not only cut flowers but a generous collection of flowers and herbs as well as an extensive vegetable and fruit operation. The Gardens location grew to include the Farm Market location, which boasts a Maze Fun Park and 10-acre giant corn maze every fall, with other fun attractions throughout the year. Along with their Sunflower Festival, Jersey Fresh vegetables and fruit, they also offer pick-your-own strawberries, apples, and pumpkins and sell pre-cut Christmas trees, wreaths, and roping at the end of the season.

The Thirsty Baker is a woman-owned small business located in Jersey City, New Jersey making small batch homemade gourmet brownies. The Thirsty Baker started out as brownies made in an apartment, and will eventually grow into a physical storefront that combines all of these things: indulgent desserts, well-crafted cocktails, and gatherings and events that reflect the community.
Tunkas Bolivian Baked Goods (BBG) is family-owned and makes artisanally prepared salteñas, which are Bolivia’s most iconic street food. Salteñas are baked meat pastries, similar to empanadas but unique due to its brothy and savory filling contained within a slightly sweet dough.
